2.CANDIDATE PROPOSAL
Submit CVs of engineers who meet the exact requirements. Client conducts interviews or technical assessments (if needed). Finalize the selected personnel list.
3.KICKOFF & ONBOARDING
Establish workflows, meeting schedules, and communication channels. Brief the team on security protocols, development tools, and the working environment. Engineers integrate into the project immediately.
4.EXECUTION & REPORTING
Work according to Agile/Sprint models or specific client requirements. Provide daily/ weekly progress reports. Ensure technical quality adheres to Sunshine's standards.
4.PERFORMANCE REVIEW & OPTIMIZATION
Periodically monitor personnel performance. Replace or adjust resources upon client request. Propose improvements to enhance project efficiency.
5.HANDOVER & CONCLUSION
Summarize work outcomes. Handover documentation, source code, or pending tasks. Conclude or renew the contract based on client needs.
